Job Description:
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement advertising campaigns on media channels, social networks, and email.
- Market Research: Collect and analyze market data, competitors, and customers to devise effective marketing strategies.
- Content Management: Create quality content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions to attract potential customers.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare periodic reports for management.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduated from College/University in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with preference for candidates with real estate industry experience.
- Skills: Creative, excellent communication, effective time management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly responsible in work.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
