Job description

• Receive customers' real estate purchasing needs, introduce, advise, and guide customers to visit projects that the Company is implementing;
• Carry out transactions and assist customers in tracking payment progress;
• Maintain existing customer relationships, and develop a plan to find and expand the network of potential customers;
• After-sales customer care (trained): Advertising, telesales...
• Update correct and complete information about projects being sold;
• Participate in implementing Real Estate transactions (bringing visitors to the project, making deposits, notarizing...) with related departments
• Regularly improve communication, consulting, and teamwork skills to become increasingly professional;
• Carry out reports according to regulations: daily, monthly, quarterly, and potential customer reports;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management;
