1.1. Responsible to the Board of Directors for the work related to basic construction at facilities in the system Based on agreements, commitments, technical designs, coordinate with the investment unit to carry out construction work in the right direction. Assist, support, and advise on professional issues related to the construction field. Manage the volume and value related to the two parties. Coordinate the construction of bid packages between the two parties to take place smoothly. Promote and urge the construction process to be implemented on schedule. Coordinate and ensure safety during the construction process.
